She has worked with some great creative teams from Aveda & DeVa Curl to American Crew Mens and Kevin Murphy Australia, always learning about the latest in cutting and color.
Certified in specialty smoothing services such as Brazilian Blowout and Keratin Complex, experienced with different types of hair extensions and razor cutting for fine haired clientele.

Shelly Mcmillin – Co Owner L’Atelier Hair Studio
Shelly has always had a passion and love for hair and the beauty industry. Growing up, she was endlessly playing “hair stylist” with her sisters and friends.
Shelly completed her cosmetology education at the Paul Mitchell School of Southern California and has been a licensed hairstylist for the last 20 years.
Continuing education has made Shelly an exceptional hair stylist, voted Best of Tahoe three times over. Shelly has mastered a wide range of hair coloring, cutting, up styling, and makeup techniques. Shelly knows that continual education keeps her at the forefront of the industry and having up-to-date knowledge of new products and advanced services highly benefits her clientele.
